I got Double Unders AND unassisted Pull-ups today!!!

Maxed OHS, Front Squat, & Back Squat at CrossFit tonight! I’m on the board for all 3!! (:
Over Head Squat - 85 pounds
Front Squat - 145 pounds
Back Squat - 160 pounds… at 165 I dropped the bar on my head… I tried throwing it off backwards… but the bar insisted on going forward… :/
REALLY REALLY REALLY wish I could get double unders. GRR!
