1. Where has this year gone?
2. I’m adding 6 hours of sleep a night to my No-nonsense list, I hardly get that.
3. I am eating meat. Only white though. Which is going to be challenging enough for me.
4. I think I’m going to do No-Nonsense November through December, except finials week. Cause I won’t have time to think for myself much less anything else.
5. I have 4 races in November. I’m super excited/nervous since I haven’t had one in over a month!!!
